Continue working in stitch pattern for 2 more inches, bind off and weave in ends.

Finishing:
Use crochet hook and black yarn to single crochet edge around entire piece, cut yarn. Wrap piece around pillow inside-out and position for sewing seams, use safety pins (or split stitch markers) to hold piece together and remove pillow. Using black yarn and yarn needle sew side edges together, weave in ends and turn right-side-out and insert pillow. Using sewing needle and thread sew buttons in place securely (I stretched mine down a bit to make a mock scalloped edge). Enjoy!
